As we are in Sao Paulo and have done the "Where to eat?" In various cities around the world, nothing more just than done here SAMPA tbm. For you who live in Sao Paulo or coming to know the city, there goes the first post in the series.

We went to lunch in Salt Chef Henry Fogaça. The restaurant is located in the same courtyard Red Gallery. On hot days the choice is to stay outside, the patio tables are very nice.
Like the day I went was a nice chill, we are following the trend in the kitchen and chose to drink wine.

We go to the menu that we had the pleasure of experiencing.

Details of the leaves that decorate the tables.
Inputs:

Toasted cheese curds with cane syrup and pink pepper
Roasted peach palm hearts, extra virgin olive oil and Maldon salt

Main dish:

Ragout of wild boar with gnocchi and parsnip beet sprouts

Entrecôte oil from herbs, rustic potatoes with garlic rosemary sauce, dijon and mix of leaves

Loin of lamb, mashed two cheeses, sauce and shitake jabuticaba
Medallion of tenderloin sauce roti, pink pepper, brie risotto with herbs
Desserts:
Soup of red fruits, praline ice cream and zabaglione

Cigar crispy banana with cinnamon ice cream

To choose the wine entry Codex 2006 - Spain
And for the main course we Alamos Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 - Catena Zapata - Mendoza

The dishes were good, all very balanced! Save room for dessert and a glass of dessert wine.

Congratulations on your images. I am a chef and I know that is not easy to have professionals who know how you take pictures of truth.
Thankfully, here in the South have friends who are also talented.

Fantastic! Travel Blog have to talk about the restaurant, street food, tips for lining the gut. As a suggestion you could put the account value, or how much a couple spends, or the value of the dish! Thus the reader learns more or less póóóóde it or not! Kisses!

    Sure Silvia,

With three bottles of wine (average $ 70cada) the account was $ 200 per couple.

    Bjo and thanks for visiting!
